Over the course of 12 weeks, you’ll work one-on-one with me to explore key areas of growth:

Weeks 3-6: Self-Compassion and Parts Work

  • Explore your internal system of parts, including the Inner Critic and Wounded Parts.

  • Develop curiosity and understanding for how these parts protect and guide you.

Weeks 7-10: Working with Parts

  • Deeply engage with 2-3 key parts of your internal system.

  • Gently unburden parts carrying shame, fear, or perfectionist expectations.

  • Create a new relationship between these parts and your core Self.

Weeks 11-12: Integration and Closure

  • Use memory reconsolidation techniques to reinforce lasting change.

  • Synthesize your journey and reflect on key insights.

  • Develop a plan for continued growth and balance.

This program requires a willingness to engage deeply with your inner world. Sessions are conducted weekly for 12 weeks, with opportunities for reflective practices and tools to use between sessions. Your investment in time and energy will yield meaningful, long-lasting results.

The total program cost is $2160, billed with itemized billing. You’ll have the option to extend the number of session to tailor the treatment to your goals, on a prorated basis.
